Every bite is a celebration of taste 😋 These cigars are especially suitable for the Tishrei holiday table - Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot and family Friday - and you are going to get addicted to them. 🎉 Subscribe to this channel (for free😍) -    / @sivanfoodcorner   ⭐ My measuring cup is 250 ml and is equal to a disposable cup for hot drinks :) Full recipe: 2 medium onions, finely chopped 4 cloves of garlic, crushed (or a teaspoon of crushed garlic) 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil 600 grams of ground beef 4 bay leaves Three-quarter teaspoon of salt A third of a teaspoon of black pepper 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika A third of a teaspoon of garlic powder Half a teaspoon of turmeric Half a teaspoon of Cuban betel nut (optional) Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional) Frozen cigar leaves (round/square) Oil for frying (half to three-quarters of a pot/pan) Possible additions: pine nuts Roasted, a handful of chopped parsley "Glue" for cigars: 2 tablespoons flour + 1–2 tablespoons water 📌 Preparation method (in stages, abbreviated and clear) 1. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the garlic and stir. 2. Add the meat, crumble and cook until it changes color. 3. Season with all the spices and bay leaves, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and remove the bay leaves. 4. Make a "glue" from flour and water with a smooth and liquid texture. 5. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on a cigar leaf, roll and close the edges, glue with the "glue". 6. Heat hot oil (half-height or deep frying) and carefully place the cigars with the closed part facing down. Fry for a few minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until the cigars get an even golden-brown color on all sides and become crispy Especially. Once they are ready – remove from the oil. 7. Serve hot with tahini or spicy tomato sauce – and watch them disappear from the table!
