'Finding Your Neutral: Accessing Embodied Presence for Health and Healing' with Michael Kern - presentation at the worldwide Embodiment Conference in October 2020. Our neutral can be defined as an embodied state of letting go, availability and openness. In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy it is the starting point for a deeper therapeutic process; it creates the space for ‘something else’ to happen. It is primarily a physiological state that creates the conditions for the body to heal by allowing a deeper intelligence to express. In this presentation, Michael leads us through the principles of accessing neutrals and includes a couple of experiential exercises to help manifest this state of availability.
