INGREDIENTS: 500 g homemade rolled phyllo dough 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 cups fresh milk 1 tsp salt 150 g cottage cheese 200 g cheese 200 ml sparkling water The cup used has a capacity of 250 ml.
