BURNBOSS BY AIR BURNERS: A TOWABLE FIREBOX – SIMPLY INGENIOUS The BurnBoss by Air Burners, Inc. is a trailer-mounted FireBox with dual-axles that can be pulled by a suitable pickup truck. It is used for the efficient and environmentally sound elimination of clean wood waste in accordance with governing EPA regulations. The wood ash residue usually includes some biochar, a valuable soil amendment. The BurnBoss is used in forestry to get rid of wood waste from wildfire mitigation and post fire cleanup work where defensible zones must be created or maintained near homes and businesses. In agriculture the machines eliminate fruit tree prunings at orchards and vineyard attritions, replacing the traditional way of environmentally harmful open pile burning which is still much too often practiced. The BurnBoss is useful to eliminate broken pallets and crates at industrial facilities and collection yards that cannot be recycled or repurposed, as well as any other clean untreated wood debris. The BurnBoss can be loaded by hand or by small machinery, like a Bobcat. For larger wood waste reduction jobs, Air Burners offers a range of refractory walled FireBoxes up to a throughput capacity of 13 tons per hour.
