Judge in Lindsay Clancy case issues key evidence ruling in response to Patrick Clancy motion

#lindsayclancy #eastidahonews #courtroominsider Judge William F. Sullivan issues his response to a ruling in the Lindsay Clancy following a motion filed by Patrick Clancy. He asked the judge to prevent autopsy photos of his children from being publicly displayed during the trial. Patrick Clancy also requested that the 911 call he made on the day his children died not be livestreamed or released to the public. Additionally, he asked that photos of his children not be shown during the trial livestream. In his ruling issued Friday morning, the judge granted the request to not show the autopsy photos or play the 911 call. Jurors, the defense, prosecution and judge will see them during the trial, but the public livestream will not. Opening statements in the trial will be held Monday.
