Cutting Up A Plane to Make an Underground Bunker (Part2)

This is Part 2 of my project where I’m converting an old BMI Baby Boeing 737 into a full underground bunker / nuclear fallout shelter. In this episode, the transformation really begins. First, Squeeqy Clean Dave gives the aircraft a full wash, bringing the plane back to something close to its former glory and letting us properly see what we’re working with. I then head to Dappr Furniture, where I pick up new parts for the build After that, I visit Swift-Cut to try out their CNC water-jet cutting machine, cutting aircraft components with extreme precision and exploring what’s possible using parts from the Boeing itself. Back at the yard, the big moment happens — I begin cutting the rear end off the Boeing 737, a major step in preparing the fuselage for burial. I also explain my future plans for the bunker using a scale model I’ve built, showing exactly how the aircraft will be transformed into an underground shelter. This series will cover everything from cutting and transporting the aircraft, to burying it underground and turning it into a reinforced, functional bunker. 👉 If you haven’t seen Part 1, make sure you watch that first to see how I bought the plane and got it back to the yard.
