Himesh Patel reads a letter to Richard Branson: 'How can you live like this?'
In 2008, after a disappointing 10-hour Virgin flight from Mumbai to Heathrow, a young man named Oliver Beal sent the following letter of complaint to Richard Branson, along with photos to illustrate his ordeal. Weeks later, Richard Branson called Oliver personally to apologise. Himesh Patel read this letter brilliantly at our show at the Union Chapel, London on 4th March 2020.
