The Foundation of Our Mission: Understanding the ICBC Model in Eswatini

What does "sustainable transformation" actually look like in rural Eswatini? For Challenge Ministries, it is rooted in the ICBC (In Community, By Community) model. In this video, we provide an overview of this foundational approach. ICBC is our long-term methodology for bringing help and hope to the most economically stranded areas of Eswatini. Rather than fostering dependency, we focus on integration: empowering local churches, early childhood education, clean water initiatives, and economic empowerment to strengthen communities from within.
