DIY Aquaponik Filter fürs Outdoor Aquarium

Today I'm building an aquaponics system from a simple flowerpot and turning it into a DIY filter for my new outdoor aquarium. This project will demonstrate how to visually enhance a mini-pond or balcony pond with minimal effort while simultaneously filtration it effectively. In the video, you'll see step-by-step how to prepare the flowerpot, build the water return, and connect the DIY filter to the outdoor aquarium. The idea behind aquaponics is simple: water is circulated through the system, allowing plants to absorb nutrients, and the mini-pond gains additional movement and filtration surface area. Especially for small setups on a patio or balcony, such a balcony pond can look much more natural. I'll test how well the aquaponics system works, what the waterfall looks like, and whether the DIY filter is truly practical for maintenance, plants, and animals. The outdoor aquarium will be set up step by step and should ultimately function like a small, living mini-pond.
