Prepare the beef bone broth (15 hours). 2. Season the ground beef. (Seasoning sauce: 1/2 cup minced garlic, 3/4 cup seasoned soy sauce (can substitute with dark soy sauce), as much pepper as you like, 1/2 cup sesame oil, 1/2 cup sugar) 3. Chop the shiitake mushrooms and Cheongyang peppers. 4. Mix the chopped vegetables with the beef. 5. Cook the ground beef in a pan thoroughly. (First over low heat, then over high heat 🔥) 6. Thinly slice the beef and shank. 7. Add the rice cakes to the boiling beef bone broth. 8. Once boiling, top with the ground beef and egg omelet.
