Classic Fairly OddParents: Review/Retrospective Part 1 (EAM)

This is Part 1 of my first review of Fairly OddParents, covering from its premire on Oh Yeah! Cartoons in 1998, to the end of its 2nd season in 2003. What we have here is the birth of a comedy machine, churning out timeless jokes and characters without any restraint, and most of it is really good.
