Flagger Street is undergoing a multiyear renovation project to improve the streets and businesses. The Miami Dade main library located in downtown is a great place for kids. They offer free play and story-time for toddlers. During normal schedule times, the play/story-time are Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, typically at 11 or 10am (double check who the library for exact dates/times.
