MADLANGA COMMISSION BOMBSHELL: “ARE YOU TRYING TO INTIMIDATE THE WITNESS?” ANDREA JOHNSON ACCUSED

Captain Mark MacLean has delivered explosive testimony before the Madlanga Commission, corroborating retired Hawks Colonel Kobus Roelofse’s allegations concerning IDAC head Advocate Andrea Johnson and Major General Feroz Khan. MacLean questioned why Johnson allegedly contacted a potential witness after becoming aware of an investigation concerning her conduct. “Why will you, knowing that you are a person of interest, approach the witness?” MacLean asked during his evidence. He further alleged that investigators feared interference and struggled for years to secure a prosecutor who had not previously worked closely with Johnson. The testimony relates to allegations that information from an assault and intimidation docket involving Major General Feroz Khan was improperly shared before Khan submitted his warning statement.
