This video demonstrates the most common types and methods of tying a double rescue loop, both without and with the victim being slung over it. The author also demonstrated and illustrated the pros and cons of this exercise. Since the Ministry of Emergency Situations has numerous educational institutions, and one of the subjects is Fire and Drill Training (or Fire and Rescue Training), which teaches fire safety standards (author's note), there is no single method for completing this exercise.
