In today's podcast episode, I'm sharing a real-world example: Plinth, a manufacturer of advertising tents employing around 40 people. It wasn't in crisis; it was operating well and fulfilling orders. However, the owners were aware that if they wanted to grow, they had to stop being a management system for their own company. We undertook a full assessment and implemented five areas of improvement: standardization of positions, standardization of processes, a data-driven metrics and bonus system, a team communication rhythm, and a reorganization of the production layout. The results are concrete and measurable. The sewing room's efficiency increased by approximately 40%, and the material transport route shortened by 90%. Above all, however, the owners no longer had to be everywhere, and employees took responsibility for their own areas. At the end of the episode, I discuss five lessons you can apply to your company right now, regardless of your industry or production scale. 👉 Sign up for our newsletter and stay up to date: https://poznaj.leanactionplan.pl/news...
