Introducing French Knots and Couching. Including a tutorial on how to make the perfect French Knot.

For the last segment of the first page I've used another piece of denim to sew on top of. I'm introducing couching with straight stitches and also with blanket stitch for fabric and yarn. Also there's some time spent on a tutorial on how to make the Perfect French Knot. There's plenty of space to practice them too!
