2015 Cadillac CTS , Codes P069E & P151E

This 2015 Cadillac CTS came in with one complaint of many that the check engine light was on. The shop that had worked on it previously stated that there was a code P069E:00 for a problem with the Fuel Pump Control Module. They stated that they could not find the FPCM anywhere on the vehicle. A little digging found that the FPCM is integrated into the Chassis Control Module. Along with other vehicle functions including the air shutter system. Turns out the air shutter fault was causing the P069E:00 code. Prior to recording I had already removed the front bumper cover and tested the wiring at the air shutter actuator. I knew that there was no ignition power on the violet/gray wire and that the aero shutter fuse was good and properly powered. I started testing for power at the X100 in line harness connector, terminal 30 and found no power there. I did find evidence of possible damage to the vehicle harness and opened it up and this is where the video picks up in the repair.
