Synopsis: Somewhere in the universe exists a planet called "H12." This planet, remarkably similar to Earth, was attacked one day by alien monsters. Ultimately, as the planet crumbled and faced destruction, an alien managed to escape to Earth. "Theo"—a lonely alien who will one day grow into "Ultraman"—lives as "Mitsuishi Ibuki," a third-year veterinary student at Meishin University's Department of Veterinary Medicine. Although he struggles to adapt to Earth's ways, he maintains a deep connection with his beloved animals and lives a peaceful university life. However, the alien monster that destroyed his home planet suddenly attacks again, plunging Earth into crisis. When his strong will to "protect" helps him overcome his fear of past memories, a dazzling light transforms Ibuki's form into a giant radiating blue light!
