Ingredients: 3 large apples (any color) 3/4 cup oil 3 eggs 2 cups + 3 tablespoons self-rising flour 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder Juice of 1 lemon 4 tablespoons sugar Powdered sugar for topping Ground cinnamon (optional) Preparation: Cut one apple into chunks and place in a blender. Peel the other two apples and add the peels to the blender as well. Cut the apples into small cubes and add the lemon juice. This prevents the apples from turning brown and gives them a special flavor. Add the 4 tablespoons of sugar, blend well, and set aside. Returning to the blender, add the apple and peels (which already had 3 eggs), 2 cups of sugar, and the oil, and blend everything very well. In a bowl, add the sifted flour and sifted baking powder. Pour the blended mixture over the flour, mix well with a wooden spoon, add the reserved apple with the lemon juice, and mix well. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Remove from the oven, place on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired, and it's ready to enjoy!
