Windshield Washer Pump Replacement 1994 Mercedes C280 W202

Video applies to my 1994 Mercedes C280. I imagine similar steps for other cars. Some later model Mercedes also have windshield washer reservoir heater (mine does not). First we begin with some first level troubleshooting when you notice your windshield washer fluid no longer spraying on your windshield. I had to first rule out that the switch inside the car was not the culprit. You will need a multimeter (a basic now will do) and a helper for a couple of minutes. Having a clean windshield is very important for safe driving. I noticed in the late fall that washer fluid wasn't spraying from the windshield nozzles on my 1994 Mercedes C280. My immediate reaction was horrible timing as winter is coming near. I assumed it was my pump but was worried that it could be my switch. Replacing the wiper stock around the steering wheel would have been a much larger and more complicated job. I gambled and bought the pump and some grommets. I also noticed that my hoses for my windshield washer system were very dry and hard. I did order some replacement hoses and check valve that I will replace in a future video.
