Today, I wanted to do a quick review on this helmet that I recently picked up. I actually found it on a site called Mac Bid, where you can bid on all kinds of items. I ended up getting this helmet for around $20, which was an absolute steal. After putting some miles on it, I felt like I had to share my thoughts because I’ve been really impressed with it. First off, the helmet is DOT approved, so it meets safety standards and gives you that peace of mind while riding. When it comes to comfort, it’s surprisingly comfortable for the price. The padding feels good, and the ventilation is decent enough to keep you from getting overly hot during rides. One thing I was a little concerned about at first was the tinted face shield since the helmet doesn’t come with an internal sun visor. However, after riding with it during both the day and at night, I really didn’t have any issues. Honestly, one thing I like is not having to constantly switch face shields between day and night riding or carry extra gear with me. It keeps things simple and convenient. Overall, I’ve been really happy with this helmet, especially considering I only paid about 20 bucks for it. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, this might be worth checking out.
