I love mirin, so I use it for everything. 💛Today's mirin anko points ○It's sweet even without sugar! ○Easy with just one pot No need to remove the bitterness this time either. But you can still make delicious red bean paste♪ By not removing the bitterness (boiling and discarding the broth), the red bean paste will have plenty of nutrients from the broth.
