I offer you my intelligence, that it may conceive only thoughts of peace and goodness, of purity and truth. I offer you my will, that it may remain alive and generous in the service of God. I offer you my work, my pains, my sufferings, my anxieties, my tribulations and my tears, in my present and in my future to be presented by you to your Divine Son, for the purification of my life. Compassionate Mother, I take refuge in your Immaculate Heart, to calm the painful palpitations of my temptations, of my aridity, of my indifference and of my negligence. Hear me, O Mother, guide me, sustain me and defend me against all danger of soul and body, now and for all eternity. Amen.
