#tipsandtricks #ashure recipe #discover #dessert #recipe #homemadefood #food #tastefulstop Ashure recipe with tips and tricks Ingredients 1.5 cups dried beans 1 cup chickpeas 4 cups wheat for ashure 1 teacup rice Half a bowl of dried almonds 1 bowl of raisins Half a bowl of hazelnuts 1 bowl of walnuts 4 green plums 1 cinnamon stick A pinch of salt And powdered sugar (adjust to taste) 1 liter of water Optional for toppings: Walnuts Fresh black mulberries A few cherries A few dried avocados A few dried yellow apricots Summer raisins Instructions The night before, wash the dried beans and chickpeas thoroughly. Let them soak in plain, hot water overnight. The next day, boil the wheat for ashure. The dried beans and chickpeas should be slightly firm. Let's soak the dried almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Chop the dried figs and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Soak the raisins in water for 5 minutes as well. Let the rice sit in boiled soda for 5 minutes and then drain the water. Chop the walnuts into slightly large pieces. After boiling the dried beans, wheat for ashure, and yogurt, first put the wheat for ashure in a large pot. Add the rice, chickpeas, dried beans, walnuts, and hazelnuts. Then add 1 liter of boiled water. After it boils, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the powdered sugar to taste. After adding the powdered sugar, let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes. After the sugar dissolves, pour in the water with the raisins and add them on top. Add the dried figs, drain their water, and add them on top. Add the finely chopped apricots and a cinnamon stick. After simmering for another 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat. Pour into bowls and garnish. Enjoy! The figs should be soaked in water and rinsed once or twice to ensure a nice consistency and not too thick water. Everyone loved the taste, I hope you like it too.
