This poem is the creation of one of the greatest contemporary poets of Balochistan, Suleyman Abdok. He was a poet whose pen was a perfect mirror of historical events, societal realities, the pain of drought, and prayers for peace. Through his poems, he called people to kindness, friendship, and at the same time, the protection of human dignity. "Aazam Miro" tells the story of those brave souls who stood against two authoritarian regimes: the neighboring regime in eastern Pakistan and the Pahlavi regime. This poem is the epic of men who entered an unequal battle, fought, but never bowed their heads in submission to the oppressors. It is a poem that speaks of sacrifice, sings of honor, and commemorates the memory of the martyrs. And this meaningful and fiery verse of Suleyman Abdok has been brought to life by the clear and captivating voice of Omar Nohani.
