RHPTP HELP Webinar - Creating Healthier Rural Communities

Rural health care leaders are committed to improving the health and well-being of the rural residents they serve. Creating healthy rural communities requires collaboration from health care leaders and providers, public health, social services, community and faith-based organizations, education and businesses.
