Ist meine Weltumsegelung in Gefahr? Die 7.200€ Hiobsbotschaft

Everything seemed to be going according to plan. But after discovering some water around the keel bolts, I wanted to be on the safe side and went to the shipyard. The diagnosis, however, completely surprised me: the mast has to come down again, the keel removed, and then re-glued. What initially seemed like a minor problem has now turned into a repair I never expected. The estimated cost is around €7,200 – an amount that has seriously disrupted my plans for sailing around the world. In this video, I'll take you through my thoughts, worries, and the current situation. What happens now? What does this mean for preparing my sailboat and my dream of sailing around the world?
