Yin Yoga Breathing into the Heart

Our yoga practice not only helps us feel more at ease in our bodies physically as we stretch and align the fascial body but it also helps us stretch and align our emotional/mental bodies. Less fuzz in the body and less fuzz in the heart/mind. We learn to be with what is here now regardless of how interesting, pleasant, or unpleasant it is. These recorded classes are offered with love.
