The annual Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade and river dyeing happened Saturday, but by no means are celebrations in the city done for the weekend. Two more big parades, the South Side Irish Parade and the Northwest Side Irish Parade, are on tap for Sunday. Both parades are scheduled to step off at noon.
