In this webinar, Partner Treaver Hodson covers key aspects of navigating employee leaves and best practices for employers. Employees are given leave of absence for various personal and professional reasons. Leaves of absence can be mandated under federal or state law or voluntary as part of a workplace policy between employers and employees. Employers have a responsibility to meticulously organize the systems by which employees can be given leaves of absence. Effective management allows employees to know how to properly request leaves when they are needed and allows employers to better work around the leaves.
