Making The Urban Apocalypse Tanto Knife (from a lawnmower blade)

OK "Tanto Knife" might be a stretch, but when the apocalypse is on and all you have to work with is a rusty lawnmower blade, a cobbled together forge, and a few simple tools... you can't expect perfection, you just make what works.
