Battle of the Brothers - Distrust Defeat Yukimora Sanada in order to capture Toshi Castle! 2. Assisting in the Flames Defeat Jinpachi Nezu and Kamanosuke Yuri, and prevent Yasunari Makino and Tadanari Makino from being defeated! 3. Relentless Ninja Attacks Defeat Kunoichi! 4. Relentless Maiden Attack Defeat Kai! 5. The Sanada Retainers Rise Defeat Genba Karasawa, Nagato Ikeda and Toneri Ishii! Bonus Missions: 7.
