Monte Valinis is internationally renowned and appreciated, especially for its extraordinary panoramic position and the ease with which paragliders can take off and glide over the entire mountain range. But it's not just paragliding enthusiasts who are fascinated: bikers also find this peak an ideal destination, easily reached via the road that skirts the mountain and leads to Malga Valinis. From there, you continue by pushing for just under a hundred meters of elevation gain until you reach the summit. From the summit, a dense network of trails branches off in all directions, offering unique experiences. Sure, we don't have sails or wings... but, with our wheels firmly planted on the ground, we can still "fly" along the ridges, suspended between sky and plain, with views that make you forget gravity. Today's route is a perfect example: starting from the summit of Valinis, it follows the ridge southeast, crossing Mount Ciavoleit along a spectacular panoramic ridge overlooking the Friulian plain, offering truly breathtaking views.
