This chickpea recipe is so delicious that I make it every day! Quick chickpea curry with coconut milk is a simple and super tasty side dish or filling main dish that is also vegan. Chickpeas taste really delicious with peppers and carrots in curry sauce! This vegetable dish is also quick and easy to prepare and very healthy.
