Ingredients: • 6 cups of flour • ½ cup of powdered milk • ¼ cup of ghee • 1 tablespoon of sugar • 1 teaspoon of salt • Cooking oil Cooking Method: • Add 2 ¼ cups of water • Add ½ cup of powdered milk • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar • Add 1 teaspoon of salt • Add ¼ cup of ghee • Mix the ingredients well • Add 6 cups of flour • Add the milk mixture • Knead the dough well • Note: You can add water if necessary • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour • Divide the dough into medium-sized balls and shape them • Roll the balls into small circles • Spread ghee on the rolled dough • Roll it into a spiral shape or any other shape you prefer • Flatten it to a medium thickness • Place the bread in a medium-heated pan • Let it brown slightly, then flip it • Add oil • Use a press to press the bread while rotating it, ensuring it browns evenly • Remove excess oil • The dish is ready.
