Kikuube officials call for more security on Lake Albert

Kikuube District leaders are urging the central government to intervene and deploy enough security along Lake Albert to stop the influx of Congolese nationals making their way into the District via the Lake, a trend that is likely to exacerbate the spread of COVID-19.
