How could we FIX Dead by Daylight's Nemesis?

Hello! I'm horceror, and this is my Complete In-Depth Rework to the Nemesis in Dead by Daylight. I've been playing him for over five years at this point, and there's always been something... missing. He got me into everything content creation wise, Resident Evil, streaming, and now, rework-proposing! I cover everything that is a major pain point with the character - from zombies to his power, and ESPECIALLY addons.
