CAP#38 - DE CUCUTILLA A PAMPLONA - CASTIGO INFERNAL A LAS MOTOS - NORTE DE SANTANDER

Welcome to Chapter 38. From Cucutilla to Pamplona. This route is a true hellish ordeal for cars and motorcycles. Dealing with two accidents along the way and in the darkness of night, it took us almost four hours to complete it. During the rainy season, this road becomes impassable, causing economic losses for transporters of agricultural products destined for the collection centers of Pamplona, ​​Bucaramanga, and Cúcuta. There is no paved section along this route; potholes, rocks, and instability predominate. For over 30 years, successive governments have promised to pave it, but time has passed, and the situation remains unchanged, with no progress visible.
