Kitwana's Fursuiting Frenzy: Anthro Northwest 8 (2026)

What better way to ring in the new year than attending a Furry convention! This video takes you around Anthro Northwest 8, showing you 30 minutes of fursuit shenanigans throughout the weekend that kicked off on New Year's Eve with a dance hosted by DJ Recca. Then, we stop by the car show and meet various fursuiters around the con space. Besides my running into one of my idols, Finn the Panther, I also had the privilege to follow Cedar Lynx as she performed her Toothless cosplay and of course spent a lot of time with my close friends, including Kijani Lion, with whom I've had again the privilege to perform our Mufasa and Scar The Lion King fursuit cosplays. Finally, we'll get to see how much the Anthro Northwest Convention Mascot family has grown by following Andy, Cove, Geo, Storm and little Sprout around the con floors as they delivered smiles, hugs and joy, contributing a lot to the wholesome, family-friendly athmosphere that is Seattle's very own Anthropomorphic Arts Convention. Its 3,466 attendees raised $30,040 for our long-time charity, the Sarvey Wildlife Rescue Center in Arlington, WA.
