When God Is Taking You Higher, Some People Can’t Come With You

There are some people who were assigned to your past season, but they are not assigned to your next one. That does not mean you do not love them. It does not mean they are bad people. It does not mean you are better than them. But as you grow in your ministry, your leadership, your calling, and your obedience to God, you will have to become more intentional about who has close access to you. In this live episode, we are talking about the hard but necessary truth that some people can’t go with you. When God is calling you higher, you cannot afford to let everyone speak into your life, drain your spirit, distract your focus, or influence your decisions. There will be people who walked with you for a season, but the relationship may need to shift. Some people may remain in your life, but they may no longer belong in your inner circle.
