A few months ago, we inspected one of these prefabricated houses before it was finished. We returned to inspect another one that was supposedly already completed... and what we found inside left us speechless. A year's delay in delivering a house worth over a million euros, which, upon entering, looked anything but finished. But the most serious issue isn't the shoddy workmanship or the unresolved details. The most serious issue is what was paid for and never arrived. Eight solar panels were included in the budget. Five were installed. An air source heat pump was contracted but not installed. Underfloor heating was paid for but not installed. These are elements that are part of the signed contract and are simply missing. We're not talking about minor oversights. We're talking about a construction company that charged for things it never delivered, in a house worth over a million euros.
