A loving embrace during each family reunification is a profound act of protection, carried out by binational teams to ensure that no child grows up far from their loved ones on either side of the border. This chapter takes us to Norte de Santander to discover the collaborative work of the Colombian and Venezuelan governments, with the support of AECID, APC-Colombia, and Redprodepaz, which erases borders to put the children and adolescents of both nations first.
