How to Cleanly Puncture and Extract Contents of a Spray Can

In this video, I demonstrate how to puncture the top of a aerosol spray can and extract its contents. The key goal was to do the extraction without wasting the contents or causing a big mess. This can is completely full and so the key is to keep it upright while making the puncture and to make the puncture in a controlled manner. I felt this faucet handle puller was the ideal tool for the job. A hammer and nail would work too, but in my setup, I didn't have a wall to do it against and laying it flat to nail into it would mean the spray would shoot upwards which was not ideal. The way I did it worked out quite well in my opinion. The point of doing this was to be able to remix the contents to tint it to match my car's paint.
