결국 천만원짜리 다이어트 캠프 들어갔습니다...

Morbid obesity, lethargy, 118kg, failure. These used to be the keywords that came to mind when people looked at me, but I have decided to change. Vitality, positivity, challenge, exercise, hope, happiness, change, success. Now, I think of these words as I exercise every day and spend time in the sunlight. Next week, the middle digit of my weight will shift, and I will re-enter the 100kg range. Gaining weight is easy, but losing it is, as always, difficult, haha. No matter what diet method you choose, I am rooting for your beginnings!! Especially those with morbid obesity...!! Starting itself must have been difficult, but seeing you find strength to keep going for even one more day by watching the Gohee channel and continuing together is the driving force behind my content creation. Honestly, exercising for 5 hours and 45 minutes a day—something I never did before—has its good side, as my stamina has improved and my daily vitality is better. However, I still get very sleepy and fatigue sets in. Even amidst all this, I’m trying my best to film and working hard on the editing, so please give me a subscribe! Haha. The place I’ll be staying for the next six months is Sean Lee Camp. It’s been almost a month now.... I hope I can get through these six months well, right?!
