Almost lost my new DJI Neo 2 Drone on this ride | BMW R12 2026 |

the weather opened up for 3-4 hours earlier this week in Melbourne and I took advantage of the brief sunny period and took my BMW R12 for a ride through the countryside in the South East of Melbourne towards Bass Strait. It was a super windy day and somehow I thought it would be the best time to test my new DJI Neo 2 drone - well, almost lost it like the mighty Titanic on its maiden flight/voyage - manage to rescue the drone from the trees where it decided to lodge itself - but lost an ND filer in the process :( - the drone footage is not in this ride as I was too stressed to do anything sensible once I lost the drone in the trees - gathered my breath and the rode back and recorded this little video - hope you enjoy this casual ride.
