SURPRISING FRIENDS AND FAMILY // Pregnancy announcement COVID style

Hi everyone, Happy Sunday! We waited and waited to tell our friends and family we're pregnant, hoping lockdown rules would lift ever so slightly, but it wasn’t meant to be. Instead, we had to get creative from a distance! So, we took inspiration from a famous scene in Love Actually and ambushed a few friends who live close by. Sadly, we had to share the news with Jamie’s family in Norfolk and my Dad in Lancashire over Zoom, but the surprise gift we sent seemed to go down a treat. It was incredibly lovely to be able to tell a few people face-to-face, despite not being able to hug! We are so excited to share our pregnancy journey with you. There will be ups and downs along the way, but we'll try to be as open and honest as possible, in the hope others can relate. We have been busy with home improvement bits and bobs this week, with our living room currently getting a makeover. We can't wait to show you more next week. Enjoy the video.
