Your true DNA: Amr El-Fass at TEDxAUC

Amr is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker and a former senior executive in multinationals in the Middle East. In 1993 he started his career in sales with Janssen Pharmaceutica which is a leading European company subsidiary, At the time of Janssen merged with Cilag to form Janssen-Cilag, Amr survived the acquisition and was promoted to the business development department, marketing then general management. In 2001 Amr joined Abbott as a franchise manager to establish their operation business in Egypt. In April 2006 he was heading the sales and marketing team as pharma division manager leading a team of seniors, middle and junior's managers to achieve corporate goals. He grabbed extensive hands-on experience in virtually every stage of business with multinational approaches, large array of innovative business solutions due to work experience in various countries and segments. Along his practical journey Amr completed his MBA studies, major marketing in 2002 at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Advanced Management Institute where he worked as teaching assistant as well.
