After deciding to formalise his qualifications in preparation for his exit from the Army, SSgt Lawrence Harrington IEng MIET chose to undertake the Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Assessment (EWA). In this video Lawrence explains the process he went through, his experience of working with a training provider, how he prepared for his AM2E assessment and gives advice to others thinking about the EWA.
