Stir in melted butter. Pour half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan, press down and spread evenly. Spread jam over top of oat mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the oat mixture on top of jam. Bake in a 350° oven for 25-30 minutes. Note - if using freshly ground einkorn flour add ¾ cup more flour.
