In this video, I guide you through four exercises to slow down and regain calm. The last one is a short guided meditation to close the session with a sense of real relief. How to practice (quick step-by-step) -Breathing 4–8: Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, expanding your hands; exhale through your nose for 8 seconds, bringing them together. 6–10 cycles, gentle rhythm, without dizziness. -Fixed Gaze: Upright posture, relaxed shoulders, focus on the screen for about 1 minute. You can blink, but don't move your gaze. -Lazy/Neck: Bring your right ear toward your right shoulder with your hand. Look to the left (horizontal line). Breathe relaxed for up to 60 seconds or until you yawn. Switch sides. No pain. -Meditation: Eyes closed, nose always in. Notice the air temperature, abdominal movement, and any present emotions. Don't cover them up; give them space.
